Alright, so my friend wants a PC and wants to join me and my fellow friends since we game in there. So his budget was 475 and he put me in charge of the PC build idea. So he plans TO BUY EVERYTHING AT OUR LOCAL MICRO CENTER. He doesn't plan to upgrade at all and just wants to run BF4, CSGO, CoD and other games. Nothing to Cray Cray. He also doesn't need an OS, well because I got him one for cheap. My list, since I couldn't use PCPartPicker due to some things

AMD Fx 6300

Gigabyte GA78LMT USB3 Mobo

8GB Crucial Ballistix DDR3 1600 Ram

NZXT Source 210 Case

EVGA 500W PSU

XFX R9 270X

Seagate Barracuda 1TB HDD

So what would you rate this build, especially since it is in store only? Me and my other friend will be building it for him so he doesn't have to worry about messing up. He also doesn't plan to upgrade for a while. No OC is planned so no need for the best MOBO or cooler.

Which one would you recommend? His budget was basically less than 500 or he would get console. He had seen the G3258 but it might hold him back in any games that don't run well on dual cores. Also, the FX 630o is a great chip for the money.

The PSU would not be my first choice. But with 500$, you have to make some compromises.

If he can spend a bit more, i would go for the 960 at least.

Most he could go was 500$ but since California has 8% tax it's gotta be like 465$ By the way the R9 270x is better than the GTX 950, the SSD is unnecessary, but that CPU is great. If he goes with SMD, he could probably get himself a decent keyboard and mouse
