If the insides of your computer look pretty together, get the S340.  If you have green ram on a blue motherboard with a red gpu and a silver heatsink, get the CM unless you like the S340 more.  I personally like the S340 the most.

s340 is the best budget case on the market, hands down. A lot of the cases in that price range are really lacking features.
