Pentium 4 overclocking

I had this old pc with a pentium 4 cpu, then my (not so smart) brain decided to overclock it without any experience

I entered the bios and changed the voltage settings ant the computer worked fine

Then i changed the frequency values

Result: The computer open than initial motherboard "menu" and appears "Caution Pentium 4 E over 3.0?hz is not suported" and id dont let me open the bios to change the values

 

PLS HELP I NEED THE COMPUTER WORKING INJ THE MORNING

Clear the CMOS then try booting into the BIOS.

Unplug the computer, open the side panel, and take out the CMOS battery. After a couple minutes put it back in and start up your computer. It should completely reset the bios back to default settings.

It won't. Data on the HDD will be just fine.
