Windows7 freezes

Hey i have windows 7 professional installd on my new computer and sometimes and freez up and i have to power it down and upp again,

 

My spec are

 

windows 7 pro

MSI X99A gaming 7 (ms-7885)

intel Core 17 5820k Socket-LGA2011-3

Samsung SSD 840  120g

NVIDIA Geforce GTX 970 

((ASUS GeForce STRIX GTX 970 4GB))

cooler master 700w for supply

you tried testing the RAM? Tried re-seating the RAM and GPU?

 

Anything overclocked?

 

Any troubleshooting done?

i have test the RAM, re-seating and moving the Gpu

 

no OC done.

 

yeah , i cant find anything wrong anywere,, its super weird, the logbock in windows dosent even tell me that it have crashed
