Its Uk so its fine. Our curcuits can handles ~2000w each so you are no where near that. That extention lead does look a little cheap maybe consider a better one because it won't have best wiring and proberbly a lower amperage fuse.

It's a ten amp fuse, should I buy a new one? Or is it safe for now.

Yeah, it's safe. There's just a pass-though inside the Netgear and the inverter in it 'steals' the connections from that pass-though. I guess you'd only be in trouble if Netgear messed up and put too small a fuse in it, which I seriously doubt. There's no actual need for there to be a fuse in a pass-though but if there is, it must be big enough.
