Can the BSOD errors SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION and IRQL_LESS_OR_NOT_EQUAL_TO be linked to RAM? Faulty or incompatible RAM in particular

did you try "unplugging" the RAM and testing it with adding 1 stick then adding another etc ?

BSOD with RAM-causes is a "common" problem, i just build 2 skylake pc's a few days ago and both had this problem too

-.-" sometimes its just gambling which slot works

many other possible solutions are here

http://linustechtips.com/main/topic/42440-readme-how-to-respond-to-a-no-post-or-no-power-up-situation/

maybe babadoctors question was about your system specs

RAM, CPU, PSU etc

a "weak" psu could cause trouble too

The PC POSTs Fine, its just after prolonged use, SYSTEM will first eat up all my RAM, and after I restart the consumption of RAM ends and after 20mins to an hour one of the two BSODs occur at least once and then after I stop using it for the night, its stops happening in the morning, and the cycle repeats itself.
