I'd personally go around 850 just for tons of expansion room. But WoodenMarker is right.

700 to 750 watt is enough, but I would go with 800 - 850 watt just for the extra headroom in case you need it in the future.

If you have a nice psu that runs passively or very quiet at 60-70% load, a 1000 W is cool. Otherwise you could have saved some money.

A 750W like the Seasonic X-750 would be able to power your build. If you don't want to spend too much on a psu, you could get a XFX Core 750W psu.
