If you want actual help, then I wouldn't recommend it, no. If the e-cig uses Li-Po batteries, then they will not allow it on the plane. If Li-Po's are crushed or pieced, they start to burn...

I carry Lithium batteries on aeroplanes all the time (such as those in my phone, laptop etc.). The only restriction I know of is that they can't be in hold luggage, only in the cabin.

Yep. (I presumed he would store in luggage) Plus there is the liquid, they might get funny about that.

I will be bringing Li io batteries and I will put them in an isolated plastic bag.

What about the liquid? Personally I'd phone up the company you're flying with and see what they say...

I think that covers it. As long as they are in a separate bag or container which prevent accidental activation of electronics

Maybe. I'd check anyways as you don't want it confiscated.

Well if my batteries got confiscated that wouldnt be too much of a problem. They are 10$ each anyways I could just pick up some new ones. Im mostly concerned about the mod and tank however Im sure it wont be a problem.

The heating element may be an issue.

The heating element doesnt function without the batteries.
