SYSTEM Process eats up all my RAM

After prolonged use on my pc the SYSTEM process in task manager takes up over a GB of my RAM until I restart my pc any ideas why?

This is a known problem in Win10 but according to MS it's intended so it won't be fixed

Pro Tip: don't use flash when taking pictures of your build; use a longer exposure instead. Prop up your camera with something (preferably a tripod) if necessary.

its only called system

 

Right whats happening there is Windows 10 is compressing the unused parts/files in Memory but keeping them in Memory (not off-loading them to the Pagefile like previous versions of Windows). Its not a bad thing and is normal for Windows 10.

Its not detrimental unless you are running out of RAM? " Unused RAM is wasted RAM" Linux does the same thing but has been doing it for years. Its a new thing to Windows and decreases the time it takes to get thoose parts back into memory if its already there (just compressed).

you using all 8Gb of RAM.

I usually have 50% of RAM being used at most times and when compression starts it jumps to 95% Percent and makes windows explorer stop responding amongst other programs
