Is it normal to get 40FPS in Dota2 Highest Settings @ 1366x768?

 

I dont have Crimson since it always fails to install but my Display driver says its r7 so I left it like that.

maybe.. it is a very weak apu

Well you are getting good fps as compared to mine, i have AMD Quad-Core A8-4555M with 7600G and with cfgs n tweaks + low setting i get around 28-30 fps.

Sounds doable, Dota isn't too demanding and that on 768p. But i guess someone who owns it can tell you better.
