6700k or 5960x and I want to be able to run two pcs one tower concept posted by Linus, also Xeon and x99 are contenders but I just need the best cpu, thoughts pls Ty.

Yes, CPU is correct, it's an abbreviation, so you need all caps. Also, 5960X.

More cores the better, so the 5960x is better for your case than the 6700k. There are xeon processors with more cores than the 5960x but they cost a few hundred more.
