There are plenty of good matx cases. Which is most suitable will depend on the system components.

Matx does not mean bad air cooling. Despite what many people may think, air cooling is usually better in smaller cases when the space is properly taken advantage of. This is because airflow is not as well utilized and stagnates when more distance is needed to travel before reaching components.

Right now, I have a micro ATX mb and a GTX 960. Im still using the intel stock heat sink so I see no problems there. I'm just a bit worried about the airflow since I live in a tropical country. Is the bitfenix prodigy M any good?

The Prodigy M is alright--nothing amazing. What cpu do you have?

It's only an i3.

The system you're cooling is pretty low power and doesn't need that much cooling. Just about any matx case that doesn't suck would be fine.

If you want some specific case recommendations, linking us to where you're shopping and stating your budget would help.
