Okay, so I built my computer a month ago. It worked really well. Now it turns on only for a second and shuts down. I tried to press the power button again... still doesn't turn on. So I took out the mobo and put it on a test bench and take it apart and put it back together again... STILL DOESN'T WORK. I even tried one ram stick at a time in each individual slot... doesn't work. I think it might be the power supply or the motherboard???? But I don't know for sure. Is there a way I can see what components work and which don't so I can RMA the parts that don't work without buying parts to test it? Do they offer help at MicroCenter?

Thanks for the help.

Here is the build if your curious

its probably not ram or cpu if it doesnt turn on at all try a different power supply

it turns on for a second, the fans start spinning and then it stops. Sometimes it keeps turning on and off again and sometimes it just stays off. So would you recommend going to micro center so they can try a different psu? or should I go to a computer repair store????

it should turn on and stay on but produce no image if you remove the ram or cpu so probably power supply or motherboard
