Fan issues!

Ok, so this only started recently, I have an issue where if I put my pc under any kind of decent load, the fans will go almost idle, then all of a sudden, burst full power for about 10 - 15 seconds, This is my hardware - 

Mobo; 7826 Kalai

CPU; i7 4770@3.4ghz

Memory; 16gb DDR3

GPU; AMD Radeon r9 270, Intel HD Graphics 4600 integrated

Power supply; internal 460w

and a 2tb hdd

Ive updated drivers, opened it up, done some dusting (which was needed), and no results, it happens under almost any game I play (War thunder, csgo, ArmA2/3, DayZ)
