Your power supply unit will not support crossfire.

 

Your CPU supports crossfire.

 

Your motherboard may or may not, i have no idea as you didn't provide the info.

Motherboard: Asus X570-E
CPU: 3900x 4.3GHZ

Memory: G.skill Trident GTZR 3200mhz cl14

GPU: AMD RX 570

SSD1: Corsair MP510 1TB

SSD2: Samsung MX500 500GB

PSU: Corsair AX860i Platinum

Your psu won't have enough power, and you could better upgrade your gpu instead of buying another of the same for crossfire

why buy new gpu if i can spend less money on the same gpu and get 970 preformance

Because some games ahve problems with crossfire, and one more powerful card is ALWAYS better than two bad ones.
