Motherboard Driver Update Question

Looking at a list of drivers for the motherboard and not so sure which one I'm supposed to download. Do I just download the most recent one? Does the recent one have all the changes and updates of the previous bios?

Windows one. 

 

 

And those are not called drivers. Those are BIOS updates.

 

 

Yeah, The latest one supposed to have all the latest. I guess that makes sense.
