Gta v constant freezing

Load up the game the music is going on and out like it there one sec then it's gone. When I load in I move for a sec freez for 2 then freez agine and it keeps happening specs i7 4790k gtx 960 ftw Msi gaming 3 wd blue 1 t please help me and 8gb of ddr3

Reinstall drivers, or the game? Check for updates and mess set audio settings to default and then adjust them to your likings

i have the exact same problem reinstalled and deleted everything from the game and nothing worked even when i lowered the graphics to almost zero 

did it happen after the new update?

I have re installed 2 times no luck I have no idea what's going on

Ya it did

please dont report its against coc and i guess reinstalling windows is the key now...
