Hi guys,

I am planning on  building a new Gaming Pc. But i don´t really know which components to get.

My Budget is about 1900€ (+/- 100€) and I live in Germany.

The Pc will mostly be used for gaming and content production. I plan on getting a 1440p or 4k display.

Btw. I don´t need a case since I will be rackmounting it in a server case I already own.

Thx Tom

Do you need peripherials/monitor/OS within the budget? Or is it only for the PC?

CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 5800X3D GPU: AMD Radeon RX 6900 XT 16GB GDDR6 Motherboard: MSI PRESTIGE X570 CREATION
AIO: Corsair H150i Pro RAM: Corsair Dominator Platinum RGB 32GB 3600MHz DDR4 Case: Lian Li PC-O11 Dynamic PSU: Corsair RM850x White

Not about to make a PCPartpicker list on mobile but I wouldn't do 4K yet. It's just not worth it in my opinion. I'd go for 1440p 144hz.

CPU: Ryzen 5 5600 Motherboard: MSI B550 Tomahawk RAM: 32Gb DDR4  GPU(s): MSI 6800-XT Case: NZXT H440 Storage: 4x 250gb SSD + 2TB HDD PSU: Corsair RM850x with CableMod Displays: 1 x Asus ROG Swift And 3 x 24" 1080p Cooling: H100i Keyboard: Corsair K70 RGB Mouse: Corsair M65 RGB Sound: AKG 553 Operating System: Windows 10

^ this

Peripherals(particularly monitors) bump up the price a fair bit. Especially 1440p and 4K, but IMO you should avoid 4K as it is ridiculous to run

Then I´ll go with 1440p 144 MHZ :)

Good choice. 144hz is amazing. I will never go back to 60hz. It bothers me to even use my school computers with 60hz monitors. Keep in mind though it will get pricey. Especially with GSync on one. I like GSync but I don't think its worth an extra $200-$300. I'd just get a regular 1440p 144hz. Maybe even triple 1080p? Maybe 1440p 144hz and 2 1080p? Having more than 1 monitor is great you can do so much more. I have 1x 1440p and 3x 1080p and it doesn't look as bad as you would think. Too many choices... Sorry for the rant :P

Skylake or haswell-e? :)

IMO Skylake doesn't really have a massive performance improvement, especially for the cost. Go for normal haswell and just spend the saved money on a better graphics card.

5820k is faster than 6700k and cheaper as for today. X99 is also a higher-end platform that will support upcoming 6, 8 and10 cored Broadwell-E CPUs.

The Acer Predator XB270HU is an exceptional monitor in every way I can think of. But it's expensive. REALLY expensive. About 700 euro

Yeah, Haswell-E is slightly overkill then. An i5 4690k is great for gaming, but if you need a bit more oomph, consider getting an i7-4790k
