pick the cheaper one, mobo dosent matter that much

I spent $2500 on building my PC and all i do with it is play no games atm & watch anime at 1080p(finally) watch YT and write essays...  nothing, it just sits there collecting dust...

Builds:

The Toaster Project! Northern Bee!

The original LAN PC build log! (Old, dead and replaced by The Toaster Project & 5.0)

The Gigabyte board has a slightly better audio (ALC892 vs ALC 887). It also has 2x PCIE x16 slots and 2x PCI slots, whereas the Asus has 2x PCIE x16 and 2x PCIE x1.

The key difference is that the Asus board supports 4-way CrossfireX, the Gigabyte only supports 2-way.

The Gigabyte looks like it has a slightly better power delivery system (although not sure)

You should pick depending on your use case, personally I'd choose the Gigabyte for the slightly better audio and (probably better) VRMs.

Who would ever want to have 4-way crossfire in a mATX board xD

And yes, I am propably going for Gigabyte on this one. Thanks :)
