whats the .11 +/- mean? for exhaust fan?

also with intake being 1000rpm and exhaust being 1200rpm is that constant or can it go lower/higher?

Those the the Amps the fan will draw. It is saying the range of the fan's A. It is .11 +/- .02A so the A can be between .09A and .13A. If you plug the fan into a molex (4 pin psu connector), it will run at full speed. The fan cannot go faster than its rated RPM so if you plug it into a motherboard fan header then the motherboard will be able to run the fans lower/equal than the maximum rpm (1000rpm, 1200rpm) depending on the temperatures.

ok so if i plug it into motherboard it will run between 1000rpm and 1200rpm depending on temperature of mobo or cpu???

also if i plug it into adapter 3pin to molex adapter it will run constantly at 1200rpm?

No for example for the 140mm fan. It will below/equal to its rated RPM which is 1000RPM and it cannot go over its rated RPM if you plug it into the motherboard header. If you plug it into a 3pin to molex connector, it will run at 1000RPM constant because the maximum RPM for this fan is 1000RPM. The 1200RPM is the RPM of the 120mm fan and not the 140mm fan.
