where you are from?

do you need keyboard, mouse and OS?

monitor needed?

Budget? Uses? Currency? Location? Operating System? Peripherals? Monitor? Use PCPartPicker wherever possible.

Core i3 4160 3.6Ghz

Gigabyte H81M-S2PV

8 GB DDR3 Hpyer X

ZOTAC GTX 750Ti

CoolerMaster N440

Western Digital Blue 1TB ; if you already have the 500GB you dont need to get this otherwise its stupid to buy a 500GB over a 1TB HDD just to save a few bucks

FSP HEXA+ 400

From Sri Lanka myself and this is pretty much the best build you can get in that price range

Edit- Post on GLK for a more local response  :D
