new pc build

It has been a while since i built my last pc , i was looking for a good enough pc to play recent games (overwatch 60fps ;) ), and just wanted to check what you guys think on the build that i have come up with:

 

New build

  • Intel core i5 4590k
  • Nvidia gtx 960
  • Corsair vengeance 8GB (2x4GB) 1600Mhz ddr3
  • Corsair CX-600W
  • H81M-C/BR ( its a cheap board )

 

my current pc:

  • FX 6100
  • Kingston 8GB(2x4GB)1333Mhz ddr3
  • Radeon HD 6850
  • Corsair CX400W
  • Asus M5A78L-M LX

what do you guys think , will it be a good upgrade ? 

(the pc is mainly to play games)

Looks pretty good!

 

A few things though:

 

Get an R9 380(x) over a 960, far better performance for your money

 

Get an EVGA G2 PSU or an XFX TS, I've heard too many stories of CX's blowing up

1. Use pcpartpicker.com

2. Get a R9 380 4gb

3. Get a better PSU like a XFX TS 550W

 

Better yet, tell us you location,budget, resolution, games you play.etc and we can give you better options.

Why not get a R9 380, it outperforms the 960.

Change the 960 for a 380 4GB, and change the CX for a seasonic or evga g2

Budget, location and purpose of the PC please

gaming, read the darn post :)

It has to have other purposes than gaming, it's a PC goddammit
