Hi guys! Hope you can help me.

I noticed that my GTX 670's been running very hot lately, Im in a room with AC and this small guy heats up to 78c by just playing Dota 2, then playing a graphics intensive game like Lords of the Fallen cranks it up to 94-98c.

Things I did to remedy it but to no avail:

- made sure fan is working properly / raised the fan speed to 80%

- clean the gpu of dust and change its thermal compound

- made sure there is adequate airflow in my case

Then I noticed that my voltage is constantly at 987mv even at IDLE. I tried changing the power management to Adaptive in Nvidia Control Panel but its still stuck at 987mv

So is this NORMAL? or is my card dying?

Thanks again guys! hope you can help me.

it reaches those temps because look at the size of that card.... and the heatsink.

I have the Asus GTX 670 DCUII and mine idles at 987mv so I don't know why you think that's an issue... mine never reaches 70c when overclocked.
