My friend has recently decided to become a PC gamer, much to the irritation of my classmates. He's asked me to build him a pc. A job I am happy to do. I need practice for my build. Any recommendations for a pc build that costs the same as a xbone or ps4? UK prices please, as American ones don't seem to transfer over as you would expect. The build should not include windows in its price as my friend owns a copy already.

A ps4 costs about £300 but my friend is happy to spend up to £350, he already has a monitor that he found at a dump. I'm actually jealous. It's 1080p 60hz and he paid exactly £0 for it
