NEED HELP WITH NEW RIG

hi everyone, hows u all are doing ?

I am going for a gaming computer basically upgrading. I made this combo for setup :-

PROCESSOR - 

AMD 3.5 GHz FX 8320 8 Core Processor Black Edition

 

GRAPHIC CARD - 

Sapphire AMD/ATI Radeon Dual-X R9 270X with Boost OC 2 GB 2 GB DDR5 Graphics Card

 

RAM- 

kingston hyper x 1600 mhz 8 gb 

or 

corsair vengeance DDR3 1600mhz 8gb

 

motherboard :-

Asus M5A78L-M/USB3 Motherboard

 

PSU -

Corsair S650w

 

cabinet is of cooler master, basically i am very confused about what i am buying because i live in India and stuff is pretty costly here. This build is not a cheap build here, not everyone gets this type of build and i want whatever i spend on should be awesome and worth. I need help that what i am buying is worth or not  ? and open for all type of genuine suggestions. Please reply me ASAP.

Wait im confused. if you are upgrading, what parts do you already have? And please dont get an AMD cpu. Get an i5 4460

There is an i5 6400 for around 190 go for that instead.

@Shiro the rig u told me is very very costly here, india sucks in tech part. i cant afford it.  the GPU is around 500$ here and each part is very costly.
