So I have finalized the mods I want to use.

Installed them all according to the instructions in the mod page (AFAIK this is what I did).

Now when I try to install Perkus Maximus(PerMa), everything goes wrong. Well not as game breaking as others but still something's wrong.

When I intall PerMa, I get:

 - CTD when I start SKSE. When I start it after said CTD, it'll load properly. (I always need to start it up twice)

 - The hotkey for wearable lanterns no longer works. When I set it to Automatic in MCM, and press the hotkey, a message will say that I can't use the hotkey when it's set to automatic (something like that).

I know that there's a problem with PerMa, because I tested everything before installing and I see no problems.

I followed Dirty Weasel's PerMa Installation, and the load order in the PCaPP Page.

Kindly help guys. I really want to make all this work, and I feel that I'm reeeeally close to doing that.

It's conflicting with another mod. Remove all your mods, then install PerMa. Then install and test the rest one by one until you find the one which is conflicting. Then decide which one is more important to you.

Welcome to the glorious life of Skyrim modding.

Shot through the heart and you're to blame, 30fps and i'll pirate your game - Bon Jovi

Take me down to the console city where the games are blurry and the frames are thirty - Guns N' Roses

So I'll just install one by one until I get a CTD ? I mean, most of my mods are covered by PerMa Compatibility and PaMa Patches (PCaPP).

I run loot, then check the mod page to make sure everything is in the correct load order.

Try the ones which are not flagged as "officially" compatible with the PerMa mod you like. It's a tiresome process but it's the only way to find out which mod is conflicting with PerMa.

Aaaaaaaaand. I give up. I just found Ordinator, and it looks like it has fewer compatibility issues. I guess I'll just use it.
