PG2479 vs. PG2478

Having a tough time deciding on which of these to go with. I like to play a lot of shooters and am concerned about the 4ms of the PG2479. I also have seen some good deals on refurbished monitors of both model. I came across the PG2478-X on newegg, anyone know what the X is? $519 on newegg refurb.

4ms is absolutely fine for gaming, hell even 10 ms would be fine for gamiing.

Even for fast pace shooters like csgo? Can the 1ms vs 4ms difference be noticed when playing at say a refresh of 144?

No it cant, it takes me around 200 ms to even register this, and I'm twtchy http://www.humanbenchmark.com/tests/reactiontime
