MSI 6th gen laptops?

Hello, would any one of you recommend the 6th gen msi laptops (What I want to get is a GS70 6qe) or I should go with the 2qe laptops?

 

I will be mainly using it for game development, web surfing and gaming (I don't worry about the chassis getting hot since I will be using external keyboard).

I can spend the money on the 8GB RAM and 128GB SSD model. I just want to see if the price will get me some good fps and light to medium multithreading performance.

You'll want an i7 and a 970m or higher.

I live in the Czech Republic and I can spend 1800$. I have looked at the custom laptops but the shipping is dam too expensive.

I would recommend this though, but with VAT it is so much more expensive.
