LG 25UM57: How 'bad' is 5ms response time?

I'm considering getting http://www.amazon.co.uk/LG-25UM57-Ultrawide-Monitor-2560x1080/dp/B010JRGIR2/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1450237724&sr=8-1&keywords=ultrawide+monitor

 

For the simple reason that it's affordable price tag and its ultrawide.

 

I will be using the monitor for work and productivity, movie/vid watching as well as gaming. Though if 5ms ends up being horrific I will buy a new one when I have more money.

 

Is it a bad investment. And more specifically just how 'bad' is 5ms response time? I do play CS GO. Though I won't just play that game. I also intend to use this monitor (if I keep it) to play with an Xbox One (when I decide buying a 'next gen' console) is worth it.

5ms isn't bad. a small price we have to pay for beautiful panels, and worth it any day of the week

5ms is great on a good monitor.
