60?

That for an intel CPU tho.

kinda universal really, only difference is that for Intel that's the advised limit/constant temp, while well under the actual limit. meanwhile for AMD that's hovering just under throttling point

Below 30 for idle, and 60 for full load, the max it can handle is about 65... someone should check that, but it really depends on your comfort zone

For mine i was getting about 40 for idle and 70 for load. ill try again though

Using Open Hardware Monitor ive seen temps as low as 33.1 and as high as 50.6 in idle at 4.7Ghz (avg 41.85) over a 10 minute span

That's sounds pretty good to be honest, you can try to let it build up a bit more but I would be happy with that.

fx-8320 wiht a Raijintek Triton

How's that working out for you, I wanted to get one, after watching linus's review, but there were many complaints relating to damage during shipping on Newegg ...

Lazy review: Color leaves quickly. Works great so far though

Detailed Review: Well the color (mine was pre-filled with blue) is nearly all gone and i recieved it 12/9/15. Also its mounted really badly in my case. (Thats my cases failt. Im getting a NZXT H440 soon). Fans are a little cheap since they are controlled by that knob thing but it gets the job done. I made a cool marker thing on my case for it.

Overall besides the cooler its working great. I plan to refil the loop in about 2 weeks and put on a triple radiator sometime

New Thermall Paste? Those idle temps seem really high for a cpu at at like 6% on only 1 core

hmmm, interesting, my h60 is working well for the time being so i guess ill hold off on it until something more compelling pops up in the aio market (my case is too small for custom watercooling)

Ok load results are in. it averaged about 63-65 degrees and hit a max of 71.6 in Aida64.

That's not too bad at all, just on the edge of safe temp levels. Personally i would try to get the fans going a bit faster, or swap fans to get nearer to 60 though

New thermal paste can help, I've seen a really wide range of values for idle temp so below 30 encompasses all of them. Ideally, it should be colder.

I guess i put on to much before. Now idle is hanging around 33-40 with a max of 45.8
