Fan splitter issue

Obviously if i connect a fan via molex it will be stuck at full power, but if i use a fan splitter can i control it?

to connect two fans to the motherboard?

 

if your motherboard can control the fans then yes

I've got an Asus H81M-PLUS motherboard. It only has two fan headers one for the cpu and one other

if you can control those fans, then yes, using a fan splitter would let you control more fans

just dont do more than 3 fans per header
