Best Motherboard?

Hi, I am on the market now for a new mobo, I need one to fit my 4690k. I don't need a "gaming" motherboard, or any fancy features, but I do want one that is a good overclocker and has great reliability. Any suggestions? (I don't exactly want to break the bank either)

I love Asus's WS boards, I'd go with a Z97 WS

I said I didn't want to spend that much money... That's almost $300.

About half that. I think I'm going to settle with an Asus Z97-A.
