Get a better PSU and that build is fine.

I don't think that PSU will be enough for your build. Use pcpartpicker to check.

The pcpartpicker says that i have a power consumption of 320 W

Should be fine then ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Hello guys,

If a haswell i3 is significantly cheaper go for that

Otherwise look for a 550+ wattage PSU so you have plenty of headroom and the PSU isn't going to be very stressed

I edit my posts a lot, Twitter is @LordStreetguru just don't ask PC questions there mostly...

Spoiler

What is your budget/country for your new PC?

what monitor resolution/refresh rate?

What games or other software do you need to run?

Instead of going Skylake, you could get a Haswell for cheaper, similar performance. Also you would be able to use DDR3 over DDR4 for more cost savings. You can use the money saved for a cheaper build, or put the money back into the computer and get a better i3 or i5, gpu etc.
