I've got two work laptops (long story) but only one of them has domain for working with the database and it's unfortunately the potato one: an HP 3125 with an E2-2000 APU which is like I'm back in the days of my 2008ish netbook. Even having chrome open to post this right now it's basically killing performance, I usually have to close it to get Excel to do anything at all but well kinda slow day anyways.

Currently have to use some shitty off-the-shelf PC that I never bought cause.. lmao

It's temporary while I try to get a new GPU, sadly my main PC doesn't have integrated graphics so my current PC:

GPU: AMD 760G

What is the point of your post? He was curious about how many people are using off the shelf PC's for whatever reason.

Maybe finances are tight for some people and they dont have the time to build something for themselves.

 

People are allowed to be curious and ask whatever they want.

 

Posts like yours that are just out to dismiss and make someone feel stupid do not belong on LTT

I assure you that was not the intention of my post, and I apologize if it was taken that way, was trying to point out that the wording could've been more precise. I tend to make my wording a little too critical sometimes.
