Need final advices.

HideoMura09

I really don't want to go 4K yet. It's gonna be too overwhelming. I'll just start with this Acer monitor first. I heard lots of reviews from Tom's.

I'm getting the 1k PSU because I'm going to add another 980ti in the future. Goal is to play any game the world can throw at me. While able to use Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects with no lag even with 10k fonts. I'll be overclock the CPU as well.

What will you be using this PC for? If gaming, then way overkill.

If he has the money, why not? Usually people who can afford these kind of systems can upgrade whenever they want to anyways.

Way overkill for non-4K gaming, and way too many case fans in general.

Fair enough. In that case then, sure, go for it.

My only option to go 4K is if I purchase from Amazon and import it to my country. It will be double the cost of the monitor. And no, I'm not willing to spend $1600 on a 4k monitor.

I see nothing wrong here but I got to ask are you just gaming? I imagine not.

I mostly do Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects.

I just game when I have the chance, and if I do get the chance, I want to play the game at max settings.

Is it really good to buy a 4K now? I have very limited options.

I really don't think it's cost efficient to buy from Amazon. They double the prices for the shipping and taxes and customs. I'm from the Philippines btw.

Why are your options limited for 4k monitors? It would appear that the sky's the limit with your budget.

You have too many fans. It'll be loud and they're unnecessary.

You can likely get a cheaper RAM kit.

What makes you want to go with that motherboard?

1. Since 4K is the future and what I'm doing is, I don't want to upgrade for the next couple of years, hence my current investment. But if there are better options out there that will be coming out soon, then I can just use a cheaper monitor.

2. Yeah. I like having lots of fans. I've read them and they're not really noisy.

3. I like the Dominator look to be honest. I was thinking of getting the Raiden but they don't have it in red. The Blitz is not available here.

4. Red/Black combo and I've always wanted to own an ROG motherboard.

I just purchased the parts from my supplier. Still stuck on the monitor. What's the best one that I could get one right now that would be best for games and Photoshop? Games having the priority ofcourse.
