Movie Suggestions

Daegun

So I've been binge watching movies recently and I'm running out of stuff to watch. Only have Patton, The Producers, and Full Metal Jacket left on my list right now.

I would love any suggestions for movies that you guys like or think are great. Genre doesn't really matter (as long as it's not a romantic comedy) as I'll watch pretty much anything.

Thank you very much. :)

If you're worried about getting caught, here's a trick: Only steal one part at a time. Plenty of people will call the cops because somebody stole their computer -- nobody calls the cops because they're "pretty sure the dirty-bathrobe guy from next door jacked my heat sink."

I can generate a HTML list of my movie library but it doesn't support filtering by ratings. I've also got a number of movies I still need to rip but I've ran out of space :(

Also less than 8 I can't blindly recommend I even have some real stinkers in my library.

American History X

Requiem For A Dream

Donnie Darko

Super 8

Pan's Labyrinth

The Millennium Trilogy (The Girl With The Dragon Tattoo, The Girl Who Kicked The Hornets Nest & The Girl Who Played With Fire) Be warned they're in Swedish.

Red Dog

Tusk

One Flew Over The Cuckoo's Nest

District 9

Pi

Planet Terror

Death Proof

Seven Psychopaths

Snowtown

Trainspotting

Wolf Creek

Wolf Creek 2

Machete

Machete Kills

Hobo With A Shotgun

Animal Kingdom

American Beauty

Cabin In The Woods

Dale & Tucker vs Evil

So that's what I can think of off the top of my head out of what I own. Be warned some of them are based on true events like Snowtown & Animal Kingdom & even Wolf Creek to a degree. Some are down right messed up like Requiem for a Dream & Trainspotting, but imo they're great.

Remember, these films are not generally considered great, they are films I love which is something completely different:

  • Jay and Silent Bob Strike Back
  • Lord of War
  • Eurotrip
  • Dogma
  • The Boondock Saints
  • Harold and Kumar go to White Castle
  • Blazing Saddles
  • The Raid (1 and 2)
  • Watchmen
  • Young Frankenstein

The Wheel of Time turns, and Ages come and pass, leaving memories that become legend. Legend fades to myth, and even myth is long forgotten when the Age that gave it birth comes again.
