Printer Problems...

I have a Kodak AIO printer. When i did the calibration test for it, it came out in full, bold, and nice colour. Whenever i try print a word document from my pc? Basically prints nothing, just faded text. I've replaced all catridges, cleaned printer heads, and Kodak don't have support anymore (obviously) So i don't know what to do.
