nice build but I would have gone with an EVGA 970 over the Strix

Get the R9 390 instead of the 970. The 390 outperforms the 970 in all ways.

Sounds like a great system to me, if you wanted more storage it might be worth looking into seagate SSHD's which use solid state and hard disk to store data, so you get more storage for cheaper but still super fast boots. Although my SSHD just failed which has been causing me a lot of problems, hopefully I'm a rare case.

I forgot to say that i already have the asus z97-e board. I got it for 80 bucks but i can return it and get the 1151 board?

I want my windows to boot up fast and if i buy a HDD ill have no money for a monitor :)

250GB is a very small ammount you'll be regreting it later in time trust me.

seems good just get a 4g gaming from msi or g1 gaming from gigabyte for the 970... and games are using more ram so if you can get 16gb
