Can I just remove them and put them in a washing machine, Or clean them with a cloth? If I can only clean it with a cloth, can I use a Lysol wipe to disinfect them?

You risk damaging them/stretching them out in the washer/dryer.

You don't want to clean them and then find out they won't fit after.

Not really, Leather only gets damaged with significant wear or harsh chemicals.
