Your router is either overwhelmed by many connections or the surrounding area has a ton of interfering WiFi connections on the same channel.

Are you sure its your WiFi? You could have poor internet speed or issue with your DSL circuit or phone line.

If you've got one, connect your laptop to your router with an Ethernet cable and then run a speed test. Once done, run several more speed tests over your wireless around several points in your house.

If the latency and speed are greatly affected (40ms+ latency) then the issue is likely due to your WiFi. Consider switching to the 5GHz band for your wireless, or pick up a cheap AP, like the Ubiquiti ones.

how do you switchto 5ghz?

You can't unless your router supports dual band WiFi.

we do have a lots of device connect to it is there anything to do to help it?

Lot's of devices is fine, lot's of connections is a different story.  If you have an Android phone, install WiFi Analyzer and take a screenshot.

i set it to 5ghz but i dont have an android phone

Not too sure what an iPhone or a non smartphone can do. You just need a way to scan for available WiFi's around you and see what channels they are on.
