How much is this worth?

I planning to get i the game of building PCs from scratch and selling for a profit. I have done this before with friends and family, usually making around a £30 profit but also getting them better price : performance.

Here is my first planned build:

Motherboard bundle from OCUK http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showpr...-188-OK&tool=3 - £154

1 TB Seagate HDD - £60ish

Optical Drive - £10

Maybe a AC Freezer 7 - £15

and I already have a

CiT Mid-tower

1GB GDDR3 HD6570

Poor quality PSU which I'll probably replace - £35ish

Prices will fluctuate and I don't want to buy parts that I know won't last but the price should come to around £280
