First build assistance

Hey guys im doing my first ever pc build and these are the parts i have selected jsut wondering if i am pciking otu anything wrong (also i will buy an ssd later

1. Get an SSD

2. Get a 2x 4gb RAM kit

3. Get an ASUS z170-a

4. Get a AIO liquid cooler

Yes SSD

No he might want to expand later on the RAM

Yes K CPUS please use Z boards.

No waste of money, just get a good air cooler.

You are correct on the ram but the difference between an air cooler and a lquid cooler is 1 or 2 degrees. Just a better cooler in general but I prefer an AIO

No when you get a AIO, you risk maintenance and future issues.

 

When running a budget oriented build like he is, i rather him get a good cpu cooler rather than an AIO.
