I can only assume you are referring to the Powercolor 390x Devil watercooled.

It seems the temperatures are really nice on the card, and you could feasibly get a custom BIOS and do some serious overclocking unless you lost miserably at the silicon lottery.

 

There are three Sapphire 390x, and i cannot be bothered to find information about any of them. Ultimately you have provided bare bone information.
