And somebody told me my MoBo can handle 4GB 1333 but we tried and it failed so when we tried 4x2GB 1333 so i can't get 2x4GB 1333, my current question about RAM is someone told me that 2x4GB 1333 better than 4x2GB 1333? is this true? should i just buy a whole new Gaming PC?

And will i benefit with the Current SSD?

SSD will be bottlenecked as you're using sata 2. At this point you might as well save up and wait just to do a major upgrade. If you don't want to, skip out on the ssd, get a hyper 212 evo, and a 380.

Hyper 212 Evo currently is not available in my location and the R9 390 is over budget $230USD and GTX950 $160USD thats over $70USD Bucks and my Current Budget for GPU and RAM is $200USD. About the SSD if it will really help me for my Game i might Considering but my WD BLUE 250GB is still working fine for me.

Even sata 2 is 300 MB/sec vs 100 to 150 for a modern HDD so it will make a difference. Also, random access times matters as much as speed so it will seem smoother. Just don't buy a fancy SSD if you do because  for sata 2 it's not needed.

So i could go with Kingston SSD NOW K300 250GB?

Save money and do a proper build :)

Can't save $700USD for a New Build Currently have $200USD this End for the Year.

Maybe, but that SSD will make it more responsive and reasonably faster for the $$$. OP get a cheap one for that old beast, don't go nuts and spend a lot because you'll prob want to upgrade anyhow sooner vs later. Not a bad drive for that system, but I wouldn't spend more than 70. I kinda agree with Danny, but think you'll still be pleased with the SSD. you need at least 4 gigs of ram or more or else your pc will feel slow because it has to access the hard drive more. That is another area that SSD will help you, but you need 4 gigs at least. Anything that needs 8 GB is prob too new to run well on that Q9400. 4 to 6 max is all i'd do. My kids havea q6600s so I have some experience with this.

what if i just go 2x2GB 1333 and a lower GPU that can run a good with good fps with on a 1360x768 resulution? then keep my extra money for the soon uprade that i really need to do?

you won't get good performance without building. because so many bottlenecks everywhere

thanks for your help. ill try to find any good info for my wanted games to be played.

That is a good idea, upgrade a little so while you're saving you can still play some fun stuff.

what will be the best GPU that will not bottleneck my current Q9400? should i go with a GTX750TI or GTX950 cause the EVGA GTX 750TI FTW ($170.21USD) and the Palit GTX 950 ($163.82USD).

if and if ever i had more enough money to buy a updated pc build which card should i get?
