PC wont turn on

Yesterday i help a friend to build a pc and his pc is not turning on then I borrow him my power supply and turn out that he has a bad power supply.

After that i put it back to my PC then my PC JUST WONT TURN ON !

Can anyone help me?

do a check list of things 

 

1. check all the cables are connected 100% in motherboard and other things you have

 

2. If your power supply has a switch make sure its on 

 

3. make sure the wall power is also on. 

 

4. check the power cable you are using is working and try another one if needed

 

5. try the power supply in a different computer if you can or on its own using the paperclip method

Checked all the cable and are 100% connected, everything is switch on...

I use my power supply for a friend to test his computer just 1 hour then i put it back and It wont turn on

try another power supply if you have one in your rig

 

if you dont have one im not sure what else ya can do
