Is this a good result for CrystalDiskMark benchmark on my laptop HDD?

incognito27

My laptop boots pretty fast. But it takes about 1-5 minutes until it becomes usable (I get a lot of disk usage for some reason). So I ran multiple CrystalDiskMark benchmarks on my HDD and got pretty consistent results. One of which is this. http://i.imgur.com/QGNrJ6x.png

Is that okay for an HDD? Are the 4K speeds too low?

4k random reads are brutal on HDD's.  My laptop does this too, after boot it's unusable for a few mins so I just open Task Manager and wait till the disk activity dies down.

Yeah, it's about right for a laptop drive. I replaced mine with a SSD because the boot time got crazy long (like 5 min+).
