Hey there Ali777 :)

Do you have any valuable data on the drive? I would back it up just to be on the safe side if the drive happens to be defective.
I would recommend downloading WD Data Lifeguard Diagnostic and see if the WD Green drive passes both the quick and the extended tests. Here's a link: http://products.wdc.com/support/kb.ashx?id=6RwDfB
The sound is most probably coming from the actuator hovering over the platters. Every time the drive is accessed by something the actuator moves and produces this sound.
I would try the drive on another port with another cable and on another mounting slot and see if that makes any difference. If possible, try the drive on another computer.
If the drive passes both tests but still worries you, feel free to contact our support and see what the guys there can offer :) Here's a link: http://products.wdc.com/support/kb.ashx?id=T9px6B

I tried different cables and mounting places it is the same

What is weird is that i have a 1TB green from 2010, it does not make these sounds

Hey again :)

If the drive passes these tests it should be safe to use regardless of the sounds. If those sounds persist with different cables, ports and mounting places and even outside the case I would contact our support and see if you can get the drive replaced. :)
