I'm trying to setup a data and voice modem and every time it says your device has been activated and I go to a new tab it is like nope activate it again -_-

Call their support line.

i did and it said all your devices have been activated and nope still not working

Did you get a person or a machine.

By your answer I would say machine. Try and get a person if you can.

 

Are you able to access your modems admin page?

i would suggest you check your connections i had similar issues and i found it to be loose connections so i would make sure that everything is connected. after that my modem activated properly. also make sure its connected on a line that has no splitters and or the least amount of spliters
