CPU wise Arma 2 will run bad

Hello all peoples of the internet haha jk but i have a question how much fps can i get in arma 2 dayz  i cant really find any good videos so i wanted to turn to the forums would you guys be able to tell me how much fps i would get with a Q9550 2.83 ghz and a pny gts 250 1gb 4gm ddr 2 ram 800mhz (ancient ik) but im getting a 750ti for christmas

Console is better because its cheaper ~console peasants

what game are we talking here?

 

are you able to OC the snort out of the CPU?

Budget? Uses? Currency? Location? Operating System? Peripherals? Monitor? Use PCPartPicker wherever possible.
