Hi I have had my PC for over 9 months now and I have started to experience this problem when I open a new tab.Im not sure what the problem is I believe it may be my gpu that could possibly be damaged due to the fact that I have had a power surge and it damaged my mobo.

So.. Can you try to describe the problem you're having opening a new tab?

Try running on Integrated graphics and see if it still applies?
